Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At GiffyBee, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure the best experience for our customers. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product received damaged or defective

  • Product significantly different from the description

  • Missing item(s) from the order

Request Timeframe

You must raise a return or replacement request within 5 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Personalized & Customized Products

As all personalized and customized products are specially created according to customer requirements, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized Keychains

  • Photo Frames

  • Polaroid Gifts

  • Polaroid Bouquets

  • Photo Magazines

  • Scrapbooks

  • Memory Boxes

  • Customized Bouquets

  • Any product featuring customer-provided names, photos, messages, dates, or custom details

Please ensure that all customization details provided during checkout are accurate. GiffyBee is not responsible for errors in names, photos, dates, spellings, messages, or other information submitted by the customer.

Please note that personalized or custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

However, if a personalized product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, a replacement request may be raised within 5 days of delivery by providing clear photo or video evidence.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

  1. Email us at info@giffybee.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID.

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  4. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

After successful inspection, the replacement request will be approved within 2–3 business days.

The replacement product will then be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.

  • The returned item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered and cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to the handmade nature of products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Requests submitted after the specified timeframe
