All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

As many of our products are handmade and personalized, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or high order volumes.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most cities and towns in India.

If your delivery location falls outside our courier partner's serviceable area, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through our courier partner's tracking portal.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
